We encourage suppliers and participating members to bring business cards to hand out during networking opportunities. Printed materials, such as pamphlets and brochures, are helpful in one-on-one appointments.

Closer to the event, we will hold a supplier webinar and a participating member webinar. These will allow attendees to become familiar with the purpose, goals, expectations and format of the conference.

Suggested attire is business casual for all events, including presentations and receptions. Golf shirts, and khakis are appropriate for gentlemen; blouses and slacks are appropriate for ladies. No jeans, please. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket.
