Academic PartnersWaived
This registration category is reserved for higher education and academic partner institutions invited to the conference. Please contact Olivia Hook Frey, Director of Membership and Strategic Engagement, if you believe you fall into this category and have questions. Registration, travel costs, lodging, and allowable expenses may be funded with prior approval.
Associate Member - State/Federal/ForeignWaived
This category is for all Associate Members attending the conference, including those serving as speakers, presenters and facilitators. The registration fee for Associate Members is waived. This does NOT include participation in One-on-One appointments. All conference-related expenses will be paid by the attendee.
Certified Small Business$1,800
We encourage small businesses to attend this conference. The sponsors of this event are fully committed to the growth and involvement of small businesses through the use of cooperative procurement. You can register for this International Summit at the reduced registration fee of $1500. For those who qualify as a small business, please note that we reserve the right to utilize the Small Business definition and standards established in the country where you are registered as a business.

- Late Registration Fee: $1,800
Life or Honorary MemberWaived
This category is for all Life or Honorary members of the participating cooperatives that are attending the conference, including those serving as speakers, presenters and facilitators. The registration fee for Life or Honorary members is waived. Reimbursement of conference expenses will be provided according to the Life and Honorary Member Conference Travel Reimbursement Policy. If you are serving as a speaker, facilitator, moderator or presenter at the conference, please list that first, since you qualify for 100% coverage.
Participating MemberWaived
The registration fee is waived for the first two participating member attendees. Reimbursement is also allowed for two members per country for costs incurred to attend this meeting. In order to qualify for reimbursement of travel expenses, individuals are expected to participate in all scheduled conference events, including One-on-One appointments.
Strategic PartnersWaived
This registration category is reserved for conference approved strategic partners and stakeholder organizations invited to the conference. Please contact Olivia Hook Frey, Director of Membership and Strategic Engagement, if you believe you fall into this category and have questions. Registration is complimentary with prior approval. All conference related expenses will be paid by the attendee.
Suppliers$2,800
The 2021 International Summit registration fee for suppliers is $2,500 if registered by July 31. After July 31, the registration fee is $2,800. This registration includes participation in One-on-One appointments.

Payment Information
Conference registrations received for individuals with outstanding payments for publications, prior meetings, or any other NASPO-related programs or services will not be processed until all outstanding items have been paid in full. Should payment not be received prior to the start of the conference, no registration, credentials and materials will be provided. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
